On March 17th, teachers and students from the welding major at Henan Institute of Technology visited our company for study and learning. Our Vice President Wang Wei, along with Ren Feifei and Liang Wei from the Enterprise Management Department, received this group of students brimming with sunshine and vitality.

Upon their initial entry into the enterprise, the students were filled with curiosity and interest. They either marveled at the grand and imposing scale of the Huatai Stock workshop, or were amazed by the skilled techniques of the welding masters, or were fascinated by the advanced technology of automatic welding.

Under the leadership of Jiang Guosheng, the head of the Boiler Business Department, and Liu Xinhong, the head of the Vessel Business Department, the students visited our production workshop. From the screening of raw materials to the processing of components, from welding techniques to overall assembly, they were given a detailed introduction to the complete production process and workflow of boilers and pressure vessels. This provided the students with a more intuitive understanding of the entire product process.

During the visit, the students listened carefully to the explanations and actively asked questions. The responsible personnel also patiently and responsibly answered their questions one by one. Different from theoretical knowledge from books, getting up close to enterprises, touching their manufacturing processes, and understanding their scale and structure enriched students' understanding and knowledge of welding. The practical application related to the major gave students a certain direction for their future welding studies and career planning.

This visit represents the fruitful outcome of the cooperation model between schools and enterprises in promoting industry-university-research collaboration. Moving forward, our company will leverage the complementary strengths of both parties to engage in comprehensive collaborations encompassing scientific research, teaching, internships, and training. Our goal is to achieve seamless integration with enterprises and the market, continuously achieve new results, and contribute to the field of clean energy equipment manufacturing.
